Step 1: Learning About Your Business/ Discovery Call

The key starting point to a successful PPC campaign is planning and preparation. The more we know about your business, the better work we’ll be able to perform. On our PPC discovery call we will:

Step 2: Keyword Research

To understand the current paid ads situation in your industry, our in-house keyword research team performs an in-depth research and analysis for your specific campaign.

We look for the “low hanging fruit” keyword ideas that your competitors may have missed, whilst also analysing Google’s ad stats to paint a broader picture as to what the data is telling us.

Then, we’ll select the keywords we suggest you target, based on our expertise and your business objectives.

Step 3: PPC Proposal Video Call

Once we’ve finalised the best keywords to target for your paid campaigns, we’ll jump on a video proposal call to go over our findings along with the campaign targeting strategy. Here, we’ll tell you exactly how we’re going to generate your business more revenue. During this call we will:

  • Walk you through our approach to a successful PPC campaign.
  • Outline how our monthly and quarterly reporting process works, plus a live demo of our dashboard tool so you can monitor your campaign 24/7.
  • Discuss our paid ad strategy and how we suggest you optimise your ad budget.
  • Present our keyword research findings to you, outlining the best approach for a strategy moving forward.
  • Break down our suggestions for your budget, and the results we can generate.

Step 4: Welcome Email

Ready to go? Look out for your Welcome Email from our Founder, Charmaine Sibanyoni. This email contains:

  • A link to schedule a time and date to jump on the official onboarding call to go over the strategy for the next quarter.
  • An onboarding form that needs to be completed prior to us starting the campaign.

Step 5: Onboarding Call

Get ready for a call with all of the team as we’re going to run through the custom paid traffic strategy for your business. This call is important as it:

  • Gives you complete clarity and transparency on what will be happening before the start of each campaign.
  • Ensures we are all in agreement that our holistic strategy compliments your goals.
  • Allows you to oversee each campaign comfortably and understand exactly what we’re doing behind the scenes to get you results.

  • Gives us another chance to show you how our 24/7 dashboard works, so you can monitor the progress of the campaign at any given time.

Step 6: Campaign Begins

We’ll set up everything required to ensure your campaign is a success, including set up of:

– Ads
– Keywords
– Location targeting
– Conversion tracking

We can also advise you on landing page designs at no additional cost.

Depending on the strategy we decide to take for your business, we’ll be targeting either bottom of the funnel traffic or both the bottom and top of the funnel traffic.
